Ever since my recent pizza-tossing demonstration at the recent SF Food and Wine Festival I have been craving a basic margherita (not the cocktail!) While visiting Seattle this past week I found it at Tutta Bella on Stone Way.
The dough is made using "00 flour" (farina di tipo) and bear the sigillo di authenticita per the menu ("true neopolitan pizza".) at it all really means is great pizza on a nice, light crust that's almost as tasty as the sauce.
